Dolphus "Sam" Wright (Managing Partner)

     Mr. Wright has twenty plus years of experience in the Property Management and Construction industry. His experience in the hospitality, commercial and residential construction, and service industries has afforded  him a reputation as an exceptional hard worker and as an individual who is anxious to pursue every aspect of the job at hand. He has numerous certifications and licences in related construction trades.

Raul Quintanilla (Managing Partner)

     Mr. Quintanilla has twenty years in the single and multifamily industry. He currently owns three other entity including United Painting, Quintanilla Real Estate Group, and RQ5 Investments. United Painting has been in business for 18 years and has over 50 employees. United Painting services clients such as, but not limited to, Trammel Crow Residential, Gable Residential, and Lincoln Properties in the Houston and San Antonio Region. Quintanilla Real Estate Group has constructed and sold over 35 single family dwellings.

Will Bonilla (Site Superintendant)

    Mr. Bonilla has twelve years in the single and multifamily industry. He has successfully completed over 5 million dollars in construction and rehabiltion projects
